Location: Central City, NE
Pay: $16.00-18.00/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8: 00 AM-5: 00 PM

We're looking for an Office Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for customers and visitors while supporting administrative and invoicing functions. What You'll DoFront Desk & Customer Service
Greet visitors and customers with professionalism and warmth
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team members
Take accurate messages and ensure timely communication
Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming reception area
Receive deliveries and notify staff of arrivals
Administrative Support
Assist with filing, scanning, copying and document organization
Provide clerical support to management and accounting teams
Help maintain organized office records and paperwork
Support day-to-day office operations as needed
Invoicing & Data Entry
Enter customer invoices accurately and efficiently using QuickBooks Enterprise
Send completed invoices to customers
Work closely with accounting staff to ensure records are current and accurate
Assist with maintaining invoice documentation and files
What We're Looking For
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
Experience with QuickBooks is preferred but willingness to learn is welcomed
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous administrative, receptionist, office support or accounting experience preferred
Administrative or accounting coursework is a plus
