The Office & Operations Coordinator serves as a key member of our team, supporting both BCH and Buckingham Legacy while helping ensure operational excellence, exceptional client experiences, and the successful execution of company initiatives. No two days are exactly alike. One day may involve coordinating a client workshop, managing travel arrangements, or supporting a marketing initiative. Another may involve assisting with a new business venture, improving internal processes, or helping leadership execute strategic priorities. This position is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in keeping people, projects, and processes moving forward.
