The City of Minot is accepting applications for the position of Office & Administrative Specialist for the Minot International Airport available to all internal and external applicants who qualify, with an application deadline of Friday, September 11th 2026.

Nature of Work
This is standard administrative work for a department head or assistant. Incumbents work in a moderately complex setting, deal with sensitive matters, and have public contact. Work requires the exercise of some independent judgment. Work is performed under the general direction of a technical or administrative superior. The incumbent will plan and carry out assigned duties and will resolve problems according to established guidelines and procedures. Responsibilities include processing accounts payable and receivable invoices, receipts, and contract entry into the financial system; processing customer payments and assisting with billing inquiries; and providing support for airport parking passes, department mail, and email communications.
