    TempExperts is seeking an Office Administrator for a growing organization in the West Allis, WI area. This position is responsible for supporting daily office operations through a variety of administrative, payroll, and accounting support functions. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while providing excellent internal customer service in a fast-paced environment.
    Responsibilities:
    • Support daily office operations and administrative activities.
    • Collect, review, and submit employee timekeeping information for weekly payroll processing.
    • Maintain accurate employee and project information within internal systems and databases.
    • Assist with invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing support activities.
    • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting notes, and track follow-up items.
    • Monitor and maintain required safety documentation and administrative records.
    • Track incoming and outgoing packages and ensure timely distribution of company materials.
    • Maintain accurate filing systems and support document management activities.
    • Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
    • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents as requested.
    • Maintain confidentiality when handling employee and company information.
    • Provide general administrative support and perform additional duties as assigned.
    Requirements/Education:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Minimum of two years of office administration or administrative support experience.
    • Experience in construction, manufacturing, industrial services, or a related industry is preferred.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
    • Experience working with CRM, ERP, or project management systems is preferred.
    • Knowledge of basic payroll, invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes is a plus.
    • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
    • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
