Office Administrator

Job Summary

The Office Administrative Assistant at Peak Landscape, Inc., a leading commercial landscape company, plays a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support to the company's partners and management team. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to support in various functions to facilitate the smooth operation of the admin team and company.

Duties

• Manage front desk operations, including handling phone and employee inquiries
• Maintain back-office file maintenance
• Prepare accurate reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence using Google Suite
• Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy while proofreading documents for errors
• Assist with bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and overseeing general administrative functions
• Support in general operations related projects
• Support HR Manager in HR operations (onboarding, compliance, manager/employee support, HRIS maintenance)

Requirements

• Spanish skillsrequired
• High School diploma required. Associated degree in a relevant business field preferred.
• Previous experience in office support or HR is a plus
• Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office products
• Excellent computer literacy skills including data entry, file management, and technical proficiency with office equipment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for front desk duties and client engagement
• Demonstrated ability to proofread documents carefully while maintaining high accuracy levels
• Have ability to support employees at all levels as a trusted aide
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information
