Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
Manage conference room scheduling and front office appearance
Office Operations & Facilities
Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and vendor services (cleaning, building management, etc.)
Monitor and maintain office supply inventory; place orders as needed
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Support office organization and ensure common areas are well maintained
Administrative Support
Provide clerical and administrative support to internal departments
Assist with document preparation, filing, data entry, and reporting
Support meeting logistics (room setup, materials, catering coordination)
Partner closely with the Executive Assistant on office-related initiatives and executive support tasks
Additional Duties
Help coordinate company events, meetings, and office activities
Assist with ad hoc projects as needed
Support onboarding logistics for new hires (workspace setup, supplies, coordination)
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in an administrative, office support, or receptionist role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation
Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday
Preferred
Experience supporting office operations or facilities coordination
Experience working in a corporate or professional services environment
Associate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)

Salary Range: $22–$28/hour
