Location: On-site (Small Electronics Manufacturer)
Pay Rate: ~$25.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual for a temporary role combining office administration and customer service. In this position, you will keep our office running smoothly and serve as the friendly voice representing our electronics manufacturing company to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries in a professional manner.
• Manage daily office tasks, data entry, and documentation.
• Use computer software to update spreadsheets, draft files, and organize records.

Qualifications

• Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Proficiency in computer software, specifically Microsoft Excel, Adobe, and MS Works (or equivalent office programs).
• Excellent communication skills, with a comfortable and professional phone presence.
