    Description

    NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a healthcare services organization to identify an Office Administrator in Brentwood, TN. This long-term contract opportunity will support the daily operations of a corporate office while serving as the primary point of contact for employees, executives, visitors, and vendors. This role is fully onsite and offers the potential to convert to a permanent position. It is based directly on the information you provided.


    This position is ideal for a polished, customer-focused administrative professional who enjoys creating an exceptional office experience, thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.


    Required:

    • 3+ years of experience as an Office Administrator, Office Manager, Executive Administrative Assistant, or in a similar corporate administrative role
    • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Experience managing Outlook calendars, conference room scheduling, and meeting coordination
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional, and customer-focused demeanor
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail


    Preferred:

    • Experience supporting executive leadership or working within a corporate headquarters environment
    • Experience coordinating vendors, office services, facilities support, or building management
    • Background planning meetings, events, executive conferences, and coordinating catering and meeting logistics
    • Experience managing incoming and outgoing mail, freight, shipping, and office supply inventory
    • Healthcare industry experience or experience supporting a professional services environment
