Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive, highly professional, and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations and providing essential administrative support. While this is not a finance-centric position, the successful candidate will contribute to financial operations and assist in streamlining our overall financial management processes.

Terms of Employment

  • Employment Type: Contract-to-full-time. The role begins as a 1-year contract (40 hours per week), with the potential to transition to a full-time permanent position based on performance and company needs.

Key Responsibilities

Administration

  • Manage comprehensive HR responsibilities, including recruitment, interview scheduling, and the onboarding/offboarding processes.

  • Oversee employee benefits programs to ensure they remain competitive and are administered effectively.

  • Maintain corporate insurance policies, ensuring adequate coverage and full compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Lead public relations efforts to enhance the company''s public image and foster community engagement.

Operations & Facilities

  • Coordinate and plan company events, ranging from internal team-building activities to external corporate presentations.

  • Manage and update the company's online presence, including the corporate website and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), to accurately reflect our mission and achievements.

  • Oversee and coordinate facility maintenance and office repairs to ensure a safe and functional work environment.

Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree or an Associate's degree from an accredited university or college.

  • Experience: 1+ years of relevant professional administrative experience.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).

  • Language: Fluency in English and Korean is preferred to support our diverse team and global operations.

  • Authorization: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States (Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates).

  • Salary: Base range of $60,000-$90,000, commensurate with experience.
