Description

Duration:        3 month contract to cover associate out on leave
Shift:              Monday-Friday 8 to 5

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications and various software packages including but not limited to Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent problem solving and analytic skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Communicates in a timely, proactive manner
  • Strong communication skills –both written and verbal
  • Must be organized, self-motivated, detail oriented, attentive to deadlines and a team player
  • Ability to prepare pick lists and shipping documents daily
  • Ability to precisely follow instructions
  • Aptitude for learning new programs and processes
  • Knowledge of Salesforce software and administrative experience is a plus
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • The associate will have responsibilities for a specific departmental process/system which entails following standard work guidelines while performing specific job-related tasks
  • The associate will follow company policy and procedures to ensure quality metrics are met, comply with specific deadlines, and follow through with all assignments
  • Ability to communicate clearly with the logistics companies in order to schedule weekly pickups for outbound shipments
