We are seeking a highly experienced attorney with 10+ years of land use and environmental law expertise to join our Practice Group as Of Counsel.
Based in Los Angeles, Oakland, or San Diego, this role involves working on complex, large-scale development projects across California.
Responsibilities include advising clients on land use entitlements, zoning, and regulatory permits; providing strategic counsel on environmental compliance, especially under CEQA; managing all project phases from planning to litigation; handling land use and environmental litigation; collaborating with multidisciplinary teams; and drafting legal documents and advocacy materials.
Qualifications include a JD from an accredited law school, extensive experience in land use and environmental law, strong knowledge of CEQA and California regulations, and excellent research, writing, and advocacy skills. The candidate should be capable of managing multiple priorities and working effectively in a team environment.
