Lead sophisticated intellectual property matters spanning trademark litigation, IP counseling, and complex transactions. You’ll serve as an IP specialist on M&A deals, handle IP due diligence, negotiate transaction provisions, and advise clients on licensing and technology-related agreements.

You’ll work alongside an experienced legal team on high-value matters for prominent clients, with the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility across litigation, transactional, and counseling work.

What You’ll Do

• Handle trademark, copyright, and IP litigation matters
• Support patent and trade secret litigation
• Lead IP due diligence for M&A and complex transactions
• Draft and negotiate IP provisions in acquisition agreements
• Advise clients on licensing and technology-related contracts
• Counsel clients across a broad range of intellectual property matters

What You’ll Need

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 10+ years of law firm experience in intellectual property law
• Substantial trademark litigation experience
• IP due diligence experience in M&A or complex transactions
• Experience drafting and negotiating IP provisions in acquisition agreements
• Experience with licensing and technology-related contracts
• Broad experience across trademarks, copyrights, patents, and trade secrets
• New York Bar admission

• Trademark prosecution experience
• Trial experience
