Do you love solving mechanical puzzles, working hands-on, and owning your schedule? Are hospital environments where you do your best work? Join STERIS in a remote, field-based role where you’ll keep life-saving surgical workflows moving.

Our mission, your impact

When washers, sterilizers, ultrasonics, steam generators, or cart washers go down, procedures wait. You’ll bring them back online—fast. You’ll support installations and upgrades across our cornerstone OEM portfolio of roughly 160 products, the very equipment our company was founded upon.

How you’ll contribute

  • Document work thoroughly to meet regulatory requirements using modern mobile and cloud-based tools.
  • Partner with Technical Support, Engineering, and Service Contract Management to resolve complex issues.

Are you a fit?

Backgrounds that shine: HVAC, maintenance, refrigeration, boilers/chillers, equipment repair, diesel/automotive, aviation, plumbing, or electrical. You’ll also bring:

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Capability to meet background and physical assessments for vendor/hospital credentialing and remain compliant.
  • Customer-facing and teamwork experience; strong written and verbal communication.
  • Comfort with Windows/email, navigation, mobile apps, and multi-system data entry.
