Nightwing is seeking an Operations Enablement Directorate (OED) Technical Lead who will provide technical leadership, management, business operations support, quality assurance, and oversight of Nightwing personnel supporting the OED.

The OED Technical Lead shall be responsible for the overall direction and coordination of Nightwing personnel assigned to the OED, including task assignment, supervision of technical activities, performance management, and ensuring successful execution of contract requirements. The Technical Lead shall oversee ongoing technical efforts, provide strategic guidance, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services in support of mission objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership, direction, and oversight of Nightwing personnel supporting the OED.

  • Managing and coordinating technical activities to ensure alignment with Government priorities and mission requirements.

  • Assigning tasks, monitoring workload distribution, and overseeing team performance.

  • Ensuring the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all deliverables and services.

  • Supporting contract-related business operations, financial management, and reporting activities, excluding inherently governmental functions.

  • Advising the Government on technical approaches, operational considerations, and process improvements.

  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with technical, operational, staffing, and programmatic activities.

  • Supporting collaboration across Government, Nightwing, and external stakeholder organizations.

  • Traveling, as required, to CONUS and OCONUS locations in support of mission requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

The OED Technical Lead shall possess the following qualifications:

  • Current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance.

  • Within the past ten (10) years, experience leading technical efforts or supervising teams supporting intelligence analysis missions.

  • Within the past ten (10) years, experience supporting the Intelligence Community or related Government, industry, or academic organizations in intelligence collection, intelligence policy, and intelligence systems and capabilities.

  • Within the past ten (10) years, experience applying intelligence analysis principles, methodologies, and tradecraft, including Human Intelligence (HUMINT) and Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) collection and analysis methods.

  • Within the past ten (10) years, experience developing intelligence requirements, collection strategies, and analytical methodologies to collect, manage, analyze, and present intelligence supporting cyber investigations and operations.

  • Within the past ten (10) years, experience producing intelligence reporting and analytical products, including Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs), serialized intelligence products, cyber threat intelligence products, and operational assessments.

  • Within the past ten (10) years, experience managing projects involving scope, schedule, cost, resources, risk, and performance management.

Salary & Benefits

Text Constant The salary associated with this position ($99,000-$206,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise. Compensation will be determined based on these factors to ensure alignment with skills, responsibilities, and market standards.
