Position: Odoo Techno Functional Consultant
We are seeking a highly skilled Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team as an individual contributor, responsible for end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes and Odoo’s functional modules, ensuring successful deployment and optimal use of the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full lifecycle of Odoo ERP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support. Analyze client business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Customize and configure Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.) based on client requirements.
- Prepare project documentation including functional specifications, training materials, and SOPs.
- Conduct user training and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with technical teams (developers) for any custom development needs.
- Provide ongoing functional support, troubleshoot issues, and suggest enhancements.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure successful delivery within scope and budget.
- Stay up-to-date with new Odoo releases and features.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementation.
- Strong knowledge of multiple Odoo functional modules.
- Proven experience in business process analysis and functional documentation.
- Excellent understanding of ERP concepts and workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
