OCM Consultant – Oracle Fusion Transformation

DR is seeking a OCM Consultant – Oracle Fusion Transformation to join one of our top clients for an opportunity supporting a large-scale enterprise ERP transformation. This role involves working on global Oracle Fusion implementation projects within a dynamic organization focused on innovation and operational excellence.

Position Overview for the OCM Consultant – Oracle Fusion Transformation:

• Support the deployment of Oracle Fusion across international business units, primarily in EMEA and APAC.
• Collaborate closely with the Change & Process Management Lead to execute change management strategies.
• Develop training materials, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Facilitate user readiness and adoption through hands-on training, readiness assessments, and reporting.
• Serve as a key delivery resource, ensuring successful change adoption and minimizing resistance.

Requirements for the OCM Consultant – Oracle Fusion Transformation:

• Experience delivering Organizational Change Management activities for at least one full-lifecycle ERP implementation.
• Experience supporting complex multi-country and/or multi-entity transformation programs.
• Hands-on experience developing instructor-led training materials, Quick Reference Guides, and e-learning content.
• Expertise in structured change management methodologies such as ADKAR, Prosci, or equivalent frameworks.
• Ability and willingness to work UK hours.
