- 7 to 12 years in Customer Communications Management (CCM) using SmartComm (Thunderhead).
- OCM (Prosci, ADKAR, APMG)

- Platform Expertise: Hands-on knowledge of SmartComm modules like Data Modeler, Draft Editor, and Review Now.
- Domain: Background in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI) is highly preferred.
- Lead Teams: Guide offshore developers, check code quality, and assign tasks.
- Design Templates: Create reusable digital forms and letters using tools like the Advanced Template Designer.
- Data Mapping: Connect form fields to data using formats like XML, JSON, and XPath.
