Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) – Skilled Nursing Facility
Full-Time | Le Sueur, Minnesota | $28–$35/hour

What You’ll Do

• 
  Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Occupational Therapist
  
• 
  Provide therapeutic interventions to support patients' functional goals and independence
  
• 
  Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
  
• 
  Communicate and collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and other staff
  
• 
  Assist with the general operation of the therapy department
  
• 
  Contribute to the development and improvement of therapy programs
  

Qualifications

• 
  Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting
  
• 
  Current Minnesota OTA license or eligibility to obtain one
