$45 to $55 per hour | $2,500 Sign On Bonus | Full Time

At a Glance:

• Pay: $45 to $55 per hour based on experience
• Sign On Bonus: $2,500
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 hour shifts, Flexible options available
• Productivity Target: Averages around 90% but full details to be discussed during the interview with DOR
• Team: 5 OTs, 6 OTAs, 6 PTs, and 9 PTAs
• Documentation: NetHealth
• New Grads Welcome: 90 day mentorship with a dedicated supervising OT

What You'll Do

• Deliver skilled OT treatment under the plan of care set by your supervising OT, focused on ADLs, IADLs, upper extremity function, fine motor skills, and cognitive retraining
• Track resident progress and report changes or concerns to the supervising OT
• Train residents and families on home programs, adaptive strategies, and safe equipment use
• Support discharge planning alongside the interdisciplinary team
• Complete timely, accurate documentation

What You Need

• Active California Occupational Therapy Assistant license
• Current BLS/CPR (AHA), or willingness to obtain
• Ability to safely assist with transfers, positioning, and lifting
