In this hybrid role, you'll provide skilled therapy services while also supporting Legacy's LiveFit Wellness Program, promoting wellness, independence, and overall functionality among our senior resident population. Responsibilities
Rehabilitative Care
•    Share your skills and training as a valued member of our on-site rehabilitative care team, assisting with rehabilitative services for patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
•    Provide attentive one-on-one therapy services for residents, administering functional treatments that emphasize a holistic, patient-centered approach to care.

 

LiveFit Wellness Program
•    Develop and maintain membership for Legacy's Wellness Program.
•    Perform and document LiveFit services with residents in accordance with company policies and procedures, under the guidance of the Rehabilitation Director/Area Rehab Director.
•    Deliver personal fitness services and LiveFit treatment plans in accordance with Legacy's programs, tailoring plans to improve health and fitness levels and meet each member's goals.
•    Provide group fitness and wellness services through the LiveFit Program.
•    Complete required billing and documentation.
•    Assist with marketing the LiveFit program to increase membership.

•    Meet efficiency standards as set by the company.
•    Participate in department and facility meetings as required.

Position requirements::

• Associates of applied science degree in area of discipline
• Current occupational therapy assistant license in state of practice, or ability to obtain one prior to starting
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills
• Computer proficiency

Pay Range: USD $31.00 - USD $38.00 /Hr.
