Job Title: Occupational Therapist Department: 2000 - Clinical Operations Reports to: Director of Occupational Therapy/Clinic Director
Job Summary: The Staff Occupational Therapist provides high‑quality, patient‑centered occupational therapy services to individuals with functional limitations, injuries, or disabilities. This role is responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing evidence‑based interventions, and collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team to support optimal outcomes. The Staff Occupational Therapist upholds Arete Healths standards of clinical excellence, patient experience, and professional integrity.
