As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will play a critical role in helping children develop the functional, sensory, fine motor, and daily living skills needed for success at home, school, and in everyday life.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals.
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, physicians, educators, and fellow clinicians.
- Provide caregiver education and home program recommendations.
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning and care coordination.
- Recommend adaptive equipment and support discharge planning when appropriate.
Qualifications
Required
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current Occupational Therapy license.
- Ability to pass applicable background screenings.
Preferred
- Pediatric therapy experience.
- Experience working with developmental delays or disabilities.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
