Work Schedule: Monday Thursday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM 2:00 PM
Weekends: Off
Compensation: $88 $105 per hour

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Occupational Therapist (OT) to join its rehabilitation team in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
This position focuses on helping patients involved in sports medicine and spinal rehabilitation restore function, improve mobility, manage pain, and return to their daily activities, work, and recreational pursuits.
The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions based on each patient's functional needs and rehabilitation goals. The therapist will work collaboratively with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, patient-centered care.
Fresh graduates in South Carolina are welcome to apply. We offer Occupational Therapists the opportunity to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services within a structured Monday Friday schedule, with weekends off.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations to identify functional limitations and patient needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings, patient goals, and functional requirements.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, coordination, function, and independence.
  • Assist patients with improving their ability to perform activities of daily living, work-related activities, and recreational activities.
  • Develop and implement therapeutic activities and exercises appropriate to each patient's condition.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes and patient response.
  • Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans, therapeutic exercises, home programs, injury prevention, and strategies for improving functional independence.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in coordinated patient care and contribute to positive rehabilitation outcomes.
  • Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining professional and clinical standards.
Patient Population & Clinical Focus
The Occupational Therapist may work with patients requiring rehabilitation related to:

Workload & Schedule
  • Approximately 12 patient visits per day.
  • Monday Thursday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM 2:00 PM
  • Saturday and Sunday: Off
  • No regular weekend schedule.
Qualifications
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current or eligible Occupational Therapist license in South Carolina.
  • Strong clinical evaluation and treatment-planning skills.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based occupational therapy interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong documentation and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
