    Occupational Therapist | Full Time or Part Time | Skilled Nursing | Southern Oregon

You'll join a collaborative, experienced therapy team treating a diverse and medically complex caseload in a setting that values OT's unique contribution to functional recovery and quality of life.


    What's on the Table:


    • $55–$65/hour depending on experience

    • Full time OR part time — your preference considered

    • Sign-on and/or retention bonus potential for the right candidate

    What We're Looking For:


    • Active OT license in Oregon (or ability to obtain)

    • SNF or post-acute experience preferred

    • Strong functional assessment, ADL retraining, and documentation skills

    • Genuine passion for working with the geriatric population

    • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
