What You’ll Be Doing- Evaluating patient functional status and independence with daily activities
- Assessing home environments for safety risks and barriers
- Developing individualized treatment plans and therapy goals
- Teaching adaptive techniques for daily living skills
- Recommending and training patients on assistive equipment
- Educating caregivers and family members
- Supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants when appropriate
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary home health team

What Helps You Succeed- Graduate of an Occupational Therapy program accredited by ACOTE
- Eligible for or certified by NBCOT
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in the State of Oregon
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Two years of clinical experience is preferred.
