    Description:

    Inpatient Occupational Therapist – PRN

    Location: Mishawaka, IN
    Schedule: PRN, weekday and weekend coverage

    Department: Inpatient Rehabilitation Services

As an Inpatient Occupational Therapist, you’ll be a key contributor to a multidisciplinary team, helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life. From evaluation to discharge planning, your expertise will support recovery and enhance the hospital experience.

    What You’ll Do

    • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.

    • Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions to promote functional independence.

    • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and fellow therapists to ensure coordinated care.

    • Educate patients and families on therapy goals, progress, and home programs.

    • Accurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge summaries.

    • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and hospital initiatives.

    • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited academic program

    • Certified Occupational Therapist in the State of Indiana

    • Current CPR certification

    • Previous clinical experience preferred

    • New graduates welcome
