    Responsibilities

    • Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans developed by the licensed Occupational Therapist.
    • Conduct occupational exercises and activities with clients, focusing on improving independence, finctional abilities, and quality.
    • Assess and document clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers, providing support and answering questions.
    • Adhere to all relevant legal, ethical, and professional standards.

    Requirements

    • Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
    • Current licensure as a Occupational Therapist in the state of Michigan.
    • CPR certification.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and schedules.
