    Occupational Therapist (PRN) – Lake Placid, FL

    Synergy Care is currently seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist for a PRN position at an outpatient Assisted Living/Independent Living community in Lake Placid, Florida.

    Qualifications:

    Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy or Occupational Therapist Assistant program(or expected to graduate within the next 6 months)

    Current NBCOT certification (or eligible)

    Must hold or be eligible for a valid state license as an Occupational Therapist/Occupational Therapist Assistant
