Compensation
Salary: $70,000 – $100,000
$5,000 Sign-On/Retention Bonus

Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
No evenings or weekends
Schedules are developed in partnership with each clinician to ensure consistency of care while supporting individual needs.
What You’ll Do
Evaluate and treat pediatric clients with a variety of developmental needs
Support skill development related to daily living, sensory processing, and motor function
Collaborate closely with speech therapists, physical therapists, and childcare providers
Educate and partner with families to promote carry over at home
Maintain organized documentation and manage caseload effectively
Qualifications
Licensed or eligible for licensure in North Dakota
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organized, dependable, and flexible
Team-oriented with a positive, solution-focused mindset
Passion for working with children and families
Ability to pass a background check
