What You''ll Do
As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will:
- Evaluate and assess children with developmental, physical, sensory, and functional challenges
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child''s unique needs and goals
- Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve daily living skills, sensory processing, fine motor development, self-regulation, and independence
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary therapy teams
- Educate and empower families through ongoing support and home program recommendations
- Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development opportunities
Flexible Scheduling Options
- Start as early as 7:00 AM and finish by 6:00 PM
- Traditional 5-day schedule, four 10-hour days, or customized schedule options
- Part-time opportunities available with the ability to grow into full-time employment
- Compensation options available: salaried, hourly, or pay-per-unit
Competitive Compensation
- $70,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience
- Equivalent hourly range: $33.65 - $40.87
