    Pediatric Occupational Therapist
    If you're looking for a pediatric occupational therapy position where your expertise is respected, your schedule supports quality care, and your coworkers truly enjoy working together, we'd love to hear from you. We are looking for a new grad or experienced OT that has an interest in working with the pediatric population!
    You'll primarily provide outpatient occupational therapy services for children from age 2 through 16, partnering with families to help children develop the skills they need for everyday life.
     
    Common diagnoses include:

    • ADHD
    • Sensory Processing differences
    • Executive Function challenges
    • Down Syndrome
    • Emotional Regulation difficulties

    IRG offers a professional revenue share model that gives you direct, transparent connection between your clinical work and your income. Earning potential on this program allows our therapists to earn up to an additional 20% of their base salary while maintaining 1:1 patient care!

    QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:  
    • Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
    • CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.  
    • Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA laws and compliance regulations.  
    • Demonstrated excellence in clinical processes and responsibilities.  
    • Ability to prioritize, organize, coordinate, and perform a broad variety of tasks and stay focused on the objective in a high-stress environment.
