About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist (OT) at LifeSpan Therapy, you will play a critical role in helping residents regain independence and improve their quality of life through personalized therapeutic interventions. You will assess residents' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities to develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals. Your work will involve collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and caregivers, to ensure comprehensive care and optimal resident outcomes. You will also educate residents and their families on adaptive techniques and assistive devices to support daily living activities. Ultimately, your efforts will empower individuals to overcome challenges and achieve greater autonomy in their personal and professional lives.
