Occupational Therapist (OT)

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who is ready to join a great team of Physical Therapists, Athletic Trainers, and orthopedic providers to help patients reach their goal. We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who is ready to work closely with our surgeons to manage patient care. This position is working in Medford 2 days per week 8-5 (Tuesday, Thursday) and in Wausau at our
Westwood facility 3 days per week 7-4 (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

Occupational Therapists will perform initial evaluation, daily treatments, progress visits, and discharge visits for patients. All visits are 45 minutes in length and one-on-one with the patient and provider. Throughout the course of treatment for a patient, you may be required to communicate with the physicians or other members of the care team. Regardless if you are a new graduate or experienced, there is an opportunity for mentoring, which can be structured to whatever you may need. The onboarding process will be comprehensive and help you to feel comfortable treating patients.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

• Current Wisconsin Occupational Therapist Licensure or the ability to apply

• Desire to provide excellent patient care while working as a team

WORK SCHEDULE

This position is working in Medford 2 days per week 8-5 (Tuesday, Thursday) and in Wausau at our Westwood facility 3 days per week 7-4 (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
