In this role, you'll work with patients of all ages to develop the skills needed for daily living, recovery, and independence. From evaluating functional abilities to creating individualized treatment plans, you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families.This position offers the opportunity to practice across a variety of settings while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering exceptional care close to home.
