    Position Overview

    ABA Connect is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team. The OT will work closely with our ABA therapists, speech-language pathologists, and families to design and implement individualized treatment plans that support clients' sensory, motor, and daily living skill development.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals
    • Provide direct OT services, including sensory integration, fine motor skill development, and activities of daily living (ADL) training
    • Collaborate with ABA therapists, BCBAs, SLPs, and other team members to ensure coordinated, cross-disciplinary care
    • Communicate regularly with parents/caregivers regarding progress, home strategies, and goals
    • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with state and payer requirements
    • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and treatment planning sessions
    • Stay current on best practices, research, and continuing education in pediatric occupational therapy

    Qualifications

    • Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
    • Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (or eligibility to obtain)
    • NBCOT certification in good standing
    • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities strongly preferred
    • Experience with sensory integration techniques a plus
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
    • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
    • Reliable transportation (if in-home services are required)
