About the Position:

Come work at the largest inpatient rehab system in the country on a large interdisciplinary team of 5+ Physical Therapists, 5+ Physical Therapy Assistants, 5+ Occupational Therapists, and 2 Speech Language Pathologists. Patients have an average length of stay of 22 days, with a 90% return-home rate. We are seeking a therapist who truly cares about delivering the best patient care, and they are looking for a rewarding career, not just their next job.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master's or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
• Inpatient Rehab experience preferred
• Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Serve as a liaison with internal and external customers
• Collaborative, team-building personality style
• Servant leader mindset
