Pay Range:$70,000–$90,000 per year
We're looking for passionate Pediatric Occupational Therapists (OTs) who want the opportunity to build a caseload around their professional interests and the needs of their clients. Whether you prefer school-based therapy, clinic-based services, or a combination of both, this role offers flexibility while working alongside a collaborative pediatric therapy team.
What You'll Do
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients.
Provide engaging, evidence-based occupational therapy services in clinic and/or school-based settings.
Support client progress through creative and individualized treatment approaches.
Supervise OTA-level providers when applicable to support continuity of care.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapy team to support positive client outcomes.
Build strong therapeutic relationships with children and their families.
Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other professionals involved in each child's care.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
What You Bring
Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license.
1–2 years of pediatric experience preferred; new graduates with passion and drive are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Passion for working with the pediatric population.
Commitment to compassionate, high-quality care.
Strong interest in helping children reach their developmental and functional goals.
