We’re on a mission to ensure every child has the support they need to thrive. Therapy Source is seeking Occupational Therapists to work with virtual charter school students remotely via Zoom. Scheduling is flexible, and can be based on your availability. No minimum caseload requirement. Professional and General Liability Insurance required.  This position is for the current school year.

Occupational Therapist Qualifications:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Virginia
• Up-to-date clearances or willingness to obtain
• Professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational goals of students through tailored therapy plans.
• Conduct evaluations and create targeted goals for students needing occupational therapy services.
• Contribute to and support students’ Individual Education Programs (IEPs).
• Maintain clear and accurate records and documentation.
