Occupational Therapist (OT) - Full-Time or Part-Time - 100% Remote - PA License Required

As part of our mission to pave the way for children’s success worldwide, Therapy Source is seeking multiple Occupational Therapists to build part-time or full-time caseloads working with virtual charter school students via Zoom. These positions are for the current school year.

Occupational Therapist Position Details:

• No minimum or maximum caseloads, schedule according to your availability
• School hours are preferred
• Virtual platform for service delivery will be provided
• School-based experience working with students on Individualized Education Programs is required

Occupational Therapist Qualifications:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania
• Up-to-date clearances or willingness to obtain
• Professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational goals of students through tailored therapy plans.
• Conduct evaluations and create targeted goals for students needing occupational therapy services.
• Contribute to and support students’ Individual Education Programs (IEPs).
• Maintain clear and accurate records and documentation.
