    Adelphi is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide school-based therapy services to students within a school in Baltimore, Maryland. The OT will provide assessments and direct and indirect services in accordance with each student’s IEP or IFSP requirements.

    Requirements
    • Active Maryland Occupational Therapist license
    • School-based or pediatric experience preferred

    Responsibilities
    • Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services in accordance with each student’s IEP or IFSP.
    • Conduct occupational therapy assessments and reassessments using age-appropriate and clinically appropriate tools.
    • Develop IEP/IFSP goals and objectives based on assessment findings and students’ educational needs.
    • Maintain accurate therapy notes, progress reports, service records, and other required clinical documentation.
    • Participate in IEP/IFSP meetings and provide input regarding student progress, needs, and recommended services.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents/guardians, service coordinators, and other members of the educational team.
    • Complete required electronic documentation and Third Party Billing data entry within established timelines.
    • Maintain assigned therapy schedules and provide services across designated school or service locations.
    • Attend required meetings, trainings, and professional development activities.
    • Ensure services are provided in compliance with IDEA, COMAR, School's policies, and applicable professional standards.
    • Perform other duties as assigned
