What You’ll Do

• Assist patients with ADLs and functional recovery
• Manage caseload independently across a variety of patient types
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver individualized care
• Support patients recovering from surgeries, trauma, or medical complexities
• Document care accurately using EMR systems (Meditech Expanse, Wellsky, AOD transitioning)
• Participate in departmental and hospital orientations to ensure seamless integration
• Maintain compliance with clinical standards and safety protocols

What You Need

• Current Louisiana OT license
• 1+ years of professional experience in acute or inpatient rehab settings
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong patient-care skills addressing diverse complex diagnoses
• Willingness to assist with ADLs and support patient recovery
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
