Position: Home Health Occupational Therapist

Location: Medford, OR and Surrounding Areas

Shift Details:

• Type: Day 5x8-Hour Shift (08:00 AM - 04:30 PM)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Schedule: 8-hour days; 4x10s or 3x12s not accommodated
• Patient Ratios: 1:1 (Up to 6 patients per day on average)
• Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off up to one shift per pay period

Qualifications:

• Required Experience: 1 year of skilled home health experience
• First-Timers: Not accepted
• Certifications: BCLS certification required
• COVID-19 Vaccination: Primary series and one booster required
• Oasis experience mandatory
• Transportation: Traveler must have their own transportation

Traveler Expectations:

• No on-call duty required
• No floating between units expected
• No weekend work required
• Local candidates: Accepted within a 50-75 mile radius

Work Environment:

• Setting: Home Health
• Charting System: EPIC/Oasis
• Parking: Free
• Mileage Reimbursement: IRS standard
• Attire: Any color scrubs

Additional Information:

• RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager
• Module Completion: Required for orientation, recorded in transcripts
• References: Two references covering one year of experience needed
• No direct contact with facility unless for agreed-upon interviews
