Description
An education network in New York City m is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join their team at one of their Manhattan schools. The role provides therapy, evaluation, and collaborative support for school-age students with complex communication, developmental, and neurological needs.
About the Opportunity:
Shift: Day
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: 35.25 hours per week (Mon to Wed = 8:15am to 3:15pm; Thurs = 8:15am to 3:15pm; &, Friday = 8:15am to 2:45pm)
Setting: School-based, onsite
Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations, screenings, and comprehensive assessments
Develop, implement, and update treatment plans and IEP goals
Complete documentation, progress reports, and collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers
Qualifications:
Current New York State Occupational Therapy license and registration
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills
