Compensation:
Pay Range: $57.00-$60.00 Per HR

Description:
• This role involves providing therapy services to school-age children in a hybrid setting in New York, NY. 
• The position is contract-based with specific weekday hours. 
• The therapist will work closely with educators and families to support children's development and compliance with educational and healthcare standards.

Requirements:
• Provide appropriate treatment to school-age children as outlined in IEP goals.
• Communicate regularly with teachers and parents about children's progress.
• Act as a liaison with higher education institutions for clinical training.
• Coordinate completion and collection of all OT reports and goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory paperwork and documentation.
• Assist in researching and ordering new equipment and supplies.
• Conduct OT evaluations as requested.

Qualifications:
• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from a nationally accredited college or university.
• Experience with children with Autism/PDD and other developmental disabilities.
• New York State Licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Must meet Medicaid eligibility standards.
• Willingness to complete Personalized System of Instruction (PSI) training modules.
• Ability to provide direct occupational therapy services to students with disabilities.
