    Position: Occupational Therapist

    Location: Pembroke, NC

    Pay: $40.42 - $44.42 per hour

    Hours: 35 hours per week

    Schedule: Monday-Friday, no weekend rotation

    We are seeking a highly qualified Occupational Therapist to join our team in Pembroke, NC. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with individuals of all ages who have physical, developmental, or emotional challenges that affect their daily activities and independence.

    Responsibilities:

    - Conduct evaluations to assess clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities

    - Develop individualized treatment plans to address clients' specific needs and goals

    - Implement therapeutic activities and exercises to improve clients' motor skills, coordination, and strength

    - Train clients in the use of adaptive equipment and techniques to enhance their independence

    - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and caregivers to provide comprehensive care for clients

    - Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans

    - Educate clients and their families on strategies to promote independence and improve overall quality of life

    Requirements:

    - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy

    - Current state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist

    - Experience working with individuals of all ages and a variety of conditions

    - Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and equipment

    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    - Compassionate and patient demeanor

    - Physical stamina to perform job duties, which may include standing, bending, and lifting
