Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree).
• Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license is required or eligibility for licensure in Illinois.
• Certification by the Board of Registry of the American Occupational Therapy Association is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license required when job duties involve travel to patient homes.
• Home health or hospital experience preferred. Advanced postgraduate training is desirable.
