Job Details:

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Job Type: Travel contract

Contract Length: 16 Weeks

Pay Range: $52.5/hr on W2

  • Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Duties:

  • Provide occupational therapy services through in-home patient visits.
  • Evaluate and treat patients in their home environment.
  • Develop and implement appropriate occupational therapy treatment plans.
  • Monitor patient progress and document patient care accurately.
  • Provide care using HCHB and maintain a productivity expectation of 30 points.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • License(s): Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license
  • Certification(s): OT license
  • Years of experience: Home Health experience required
  • Skills/Specialties/Technology: HCHB experience, Home Health
