TCI has an immediate need for a Home Visit OccupationalTherapist in Charlotte, NC. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity.
NOTE: This position requires US Citizenship.
SUMMARY
The Home Visit Licensed Physical Therapist will be responsible for home therapy assessments/visits/treatments and oversight of PTA.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Occupational Therapist provides direct and indirect occupational therapy services to patients in home or alternative settings.
- Evaluate patient needs, develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians, administer therapeutic exercises, and educate patients and caregivers on daily living activities.
- Supervise assigned Occupational Therapy Assistants
- HCHB and Home Health experience required (Home Health programing for excerises) OASIS experience.
- Counties covered: Mecklenburg and Union
