About the Role:Holmdel Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine in Holmdel, NJ is looking for a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join their dedicated team. Responsibilities:- Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities to develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' daily living and work skills
- Collaborate with physical therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes in compliance with regulatory and facility standards
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, and home programs
- Utilize therapeutic modalities and assistive technology to support patient rehabilitation goals
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical outcomes
Requirements:- Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current NJ state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- NBCOT certification (OTR) required or in process
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of ADL training, manual therapy, and functional rehabilitation techniques
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-centered care skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinic
