    Provides in-home evaluation, direction and application of Occupational Therapy Services to retrain damaged nerve pathways and/or teach compensation utilizing remaining abilities.
    Job Description

    • Education: Graduate of approved Occupational Therapy Program; or Eligibility for National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association; or Two (2) years occupational therapy experience and satisfactory grade on proficiency exam conducted, approved, or sponsored by U.S. Public Health Service. (N/A if licensed or sought qualification as an OT after December 31, 1977.)• Experience: Preferred: 1 year Occupational Therapy experience.• Skills: Ability to provide reliable transportation as required by nature of position.• Licensure/Certification/Registration: Required: License of Occupational Therapy active in the state of Missouri Required: Active Driver's License
